Trichet: ECB's Toolkit Is Up To The Challenge

European Central Bank President Jean−Claude Trichet Monday rebuffed criticism that the bank has done too little and too slowly to combat the global economic crisis, saying that its monetary policy toolkit is "up to the challenge."
